A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at the time of signing the contract to secure your date.

No, table linens are not included in the rental.
WED Spaces has ivory and black floor-length table linens available to rent for $20 each.
Over 40 additional colors are available, starting at $25 each. You may choose to upgrade for an additional cost.
Linens for the catering tables are no additional charge.
$300 Essential Services Fee – Includes Venue Host, Parking Attendant, and Cleaning Fee. This fee is a flat rate, not hourly.
$75 Per Hour Alcohol/Event Security for the duration of your event if alcohol is being served. This must be booked through WED Spaces.
The only additional charge that may be incurred is if the client chooses any of our additional add-ons such as floral, décor, linens, sound equipment, and other items. CLICK HERE for a list of add-on inventory items.
When booking you should account for set up and breakdown time as a part of your total number of rental hours
The client may purchase their own alcohol, but it must be served by a TABC bartender who can provide a valid certification.
If alcohol is being served, alcohol security is required through WED Spaces at the rate of $75 per hour for the duration of your event hours
Yes, you can use any licensed catering company.

Yes, there will be an venue manager onsite for the duration of your rental period.
If you are booking a wedding, we encourage our clients to have a wedding coordinator. Our venue host does not operate in the role as a wedding coordinator unless the client books us for those services.

Yes, we have free parking available for the guests. Upon booking, we can provide a parking map for use.
A parking attendant is included in the $300 essential services fee.
